May 2022: Sr. Change Control Specialist at Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical (Contractor)

  • Execution of PES Supplier Change Control processes in conformance to current standards and procedures, using applicable system application tools.
  • Ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance of processes for JSC globally.
  • Assure successful implementation of changes and actions by following up and synchronizing activities for all participants, communicating status for implementations to key stakeholders
  • Provide product and Supply Chain knowledge to ensure proper implementation and compliance
  • Partner with other areas of Supply Chain and actively develop and manage relationships with process users, business owners, J&J affiliates, and external organizations.
  • Support and streamline the site change control process by being responsible for the change control from Initiation through completion supporting establishment and monitoring of change control.
  • Participate in change control meetings by preparing, presenting, and defending technical changes
  • Recognize, share/escalate with management any issues that impact product delivery on for product, site, and technical area

  • Coordinate with others in the department for awareness of driver, freight, and asset availability Identify concerns with drivers who may need additional support, coaching, or disciplinary action to supervisors and managers. 
  • Keeping suppliers and colleagues on time and correctly informed about payments and outstanding invoices.
  • Communicating with sub-contractors, both in written and via telephone.
  • When available from/to customers, plan for future freight monitor additional carrier cost, invoice approval and customer service support on transport-related issues.
  • Ensuring timely and correct control of incoming/outgoing transport invoices and handling DCO and DCR files
  • Writing contractor codes, weight of packages and sending to subcontractors for delivery
  • Handling clients complains, open and follow claims on damage, missing, wrong delivery packages, signature denials, indirect or misdelivered, drivers release, and claim retrace files
  • Updating PC with request to OSP, OEE, DCR reroute to an alternative access point or address and Pending
  • Visit the magazine sometimes to make proper verification on delayance and other issues
  • Prepare, manage, and follow up the weekly collection planning and working on KPI

2021: Quality Control Analyst: TPC Mechelen and PPD  (Internship)

  • Methodical interpretation and building of different types of pharmaceutical kits boxes with and without blood samples with labelling according to the kits requirement
  • Management of Quality Agreements with TPC and external suppliers
  • Completing exhaustive tests of incoming materials, components, and finished products for transportation compliance with Quality Control procedure, GMP and Dangerous Goods Regulations 
  • Perform compressed gas sampling and Routine Environmental Monitoring of classified areas within the Raritan LVV manufacturing facility commissioning and qualification
  • Support the Quality team with the development, maintenance of procedures and work instructions as appropriate.
  • Support internal audits and inspection readiness, participate in corporate audits and Authorities’ inspections.
  • Contribute to development of clinical section of regulatory files, including labelling.
  • Participate in gown qualification and requalification of personnel and product.
  • Support to incident management, Deviations, CAPA and Change Control implementation.
  • Create, review, and approve relevant QC documents, SOPs, and WIs.
  • Utilize electronic systems (eLIMS) for execution and documentation of testing.
  • Perform peer data review/approval of laboratory data.
  • Initiate quality investigations related to environmental monitoring.
  • Follow-up and review complaint investigations performed by manufacturing sites and interaction with Pharmacovigilance department.
  • Perform tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems and cGMP requirements.
  • Assist in local administrative release and management of products returns from the market and interact with the Belgian Authority where required.
  • Evaluate product quality complaints including contact with TPC customers 
  • Liaise with the Regional Evidence Generation team to ensure alignment of clinical trial activities (includes but not limited to, scientific and medical issues as well as subjects safety).
  • Support to Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDMC).
  • Complete tasks in support of activities as necessary, developing internal and external briefing documents, and other such activities requiring relevant technical expertise and clinical development experience.
  • Support the regional clinical strategy for a project through Clinical development, in partnership with relevant matrix team members.
