    Functional Analyst – Bridge the Business with IT

    We are looking for a Dutch or French-speaking
    Functional Analyst
    who wants to make an impact in an organization where business and IT go hand in hand. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into clear and feasible IT solutions.

    What will you do?

    As a Functional Analyst, you work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to understand, improve, and document processes. You serve as the bridge between technical teams and the business, aiming to implement efficient digital solutions.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for optimization
    • Developing functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
    • Organizing workshops and conducting interviews with users
    • Following up on implementations and providing support during testing
    • Ensuring the functional quality of IT solutions
    • Advising on improvements in functionality and user-friendliness

    What do we expect from you?

    • You speak fluent Dutch or French
    • You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team
