Vasco is een totaalaanbieder van verwarmings- en ventilatieoplossingen met verkoopactiviteiten in Europa, maar ook in verre exportmarkten zoals Japan, VS, China en Nieuw Zeeland. Zij zijn een toonaangevende producent van designradiatoren, ventilatie, vloerverwarming en koeling en marktleider in badkamerradiatoren in de Benelux.

Werkomschrijving

Jij geeft directe leiding aan het Technical Sales Support-Team en aan het Aftersales services team. Je staat in voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategische plannen voor de TSS- en Aftersales Services teams.

Leiding geven aan een team van medewerkers dat zich richt op het optimaliseren van offertes, het klantvriendelijk beantwoorden van technische vragen, het verwerken van legplannen voor ventilatie en vloerverwarming en service-ervaringen.
Ontwikkelen van een innovatief Commercial Services aanbod om extra waarde en inkomsten te genereren.
Monitoren en bijsturen van dagelijkse processen, inclusief planningen, kwaliteitscontroles en tijdige levering aan klanten.
Beheren van budgetten en uitvoeren van benchmarks om hun services te toetsen aan marktstandaarden.
Verbeteren van systemen zoals ERP en CRM, zodat ze afgestemd blijven op hun producten en markten.

Jij fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van businessprocessen binnen het bedrijf.

Professionele eisen

Jij bezit bij voorkeur een ingenieursdiploma en hebt minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen technische ondersteuning in een B2B-omgeving.

Kennis van technische producten in een industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur vanuit de HVAC-industrie.
Analytisch en cijfermatig goed onderlegd en in staat om businessprocessen kritisch te evalueren en te optimaliseren.

Jij hebt een uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pré. Jij beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, overtuigingskracht en een inspirerende leiderschapsstijl.
