Are you a Planner by heart? Do you want to work in a multifaceted international environment?

As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst you work independently to perform Supply Chain activities for an assigned region and achieve customer service goals. This includes mainly forecasting, execution oversight, and monitoring and reporting of results.

You run the demand program process for a given Region and all business segment in order to align market and financial requirements with manufacturing capabilities.

Your responsibilities (including, but not limited):

  • Serve as primary contact for MDS portfolio.
  • Conduct all kind of analysis that are vital to support the business (FC accuracy, impact on volume swings in manufacturing, impact on service, compare the latest financial estimate with budget and DSIOP.
  • Complete complex spreadsheet analysis during issue resolution or scenario planning.
  • Lead the planning aspects of new product launches during the pre-launch phase. 
  • Leverage Lean or Six Sigma tools for process improvement in order to increase service and optimize inventory.
  • Maintain & develop databases for information required for decision-making. 
  • Prepare Executive Level presentations as required.
  • Determine new product ramp-up schedules.
  • Manage product phase-outs such that obsolete inventory is minimized.
  • Conduct SKU rationalization and other lifecycle management analyses.
  • Provide input to demand forecasts.
  • Provide analyses to Product Managers and Marketing to decrease demand variations.
  • Contribute the planning aspects of new product launches during the pre-launch phase. 
  • Perform financial analyses.
  • Drive process improvements.

    • Demand planning

  • Elaborate the demand figures for WE & EMA regions.
  • Lead monthly country calls with the markets.
  • Facilitate the Regional Demand Reviews and represent that information in the Regional S&OP meetings.
  • Ensure consistency between Supply chain forecast and Financial forecast.
  • Responsible for the Forecast Accuracy & Line Fill Metrics.

    • Supply Planning

  • Responsible for managing the inventory levels for assigned products at regional level to maximize regional service levels to customers.
  • Participate in Supply Review meetings.
  • Participate to weekly BO meeting.
  • Responsible for the BO and Inventory Metrics.

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in Planning.
  • You have proven experience with capacity planning and inventory management.
  • You have proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
  • You are APICS/ASCM certified (preferred).
  • You have a working knowledge of planning and reporting systems required. For example JD Edwards, Oracle ASCP, SAP, Power BI.
  • You are proficient in English, any other European language is an asset.
  • You have good analytical skills: Ability to translate data into info to make an executive summary.
  • You are action-oriented and can work independently but also in a team!
