Key Legal Secretary Responsibilities

  • You take ownership for the smooth running & the organisational and administrative follow-up
  • You will enjoy regular contact with international clients by phone and face to face
  • Agenda management, including full responsibility for organising and preparing internal & external meetings, conference calls, skypes, conferences & business lunches, here and abroad
  • You will be fully responsible for travel arrangements from A – Z
  • You will format & proof-read diverse texts as well as create PowerPoint presentations for meetings
  • You will be responsible from A – Z for the follow-up of opening and closing client files, the management of e-mails, ensuring deadlines are met, follow-up of expenses, completing timesheets & billing requiring much initiative
  • You need to maintain a very efficient client database & filing system
