Working at NTT As a Senior Specialist Microsoft 365 within our Intelligent Workplace Go To Market organization, you are able to engage with clients as a trusted advisor with a primary focus to promote NTT’s Solutions and Services related to Microsoft 365, and drive expansion of our business within NTT’s Intelligent Workplace practice area. In this role you will be responsible for both new account development and expanding our footprint withing existing accounts. You excel in driving business outcomes through strategic discovery and your ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions that address the needs of our client’s IT and business stakeholders. Because of your extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite, you can easily identify areas where business productivity can be improved, and you can demonstrate how this improvement can be measured and realized through NTT’s solutions and services. Key Roles and Responsibilities: As part of the Intelligent Workplace practice, promote NTT’s solutions and services related to Microsoft M365 to drive expansion within existing and new accounts. Effectively articulate how NTT Ltd can add value through its Intelligent Workplace solutions and services offerings. Work closely with NTT’s sales representatives, contribute to the pre-sales process by working with Solution -and Product Architects to create the best solution proposal for the client. Demonstrate advanced demo, business case and story telling skills related to the Intelligent Workplace and business productivity. Be able to engage with NTT Ltd country leadership, sales, technical and delivery teams to inform, upskill, and inspire. Prospect for new opportunities within accounts, communities, verticals and engage in business development activities that lead to new business opportunities for NTT Ltd. Participate in the negotiation of deals with clients and support the internal account management team in closure. Deepen relationships with domain-specific client key stakeholders and our key vendors (Microsoft, eco-system of partners like Poly, Audiocodes, Quest,..), building new relationships and deepening solution knowledge. Help develop and expand NTT’s Microsoft’s local relationship, support sales teams to understand, engage and work with Microsoft. Contribute to the knowledge base of NTT Ltd’s solutions and services within a practice area or service area by sharing best practices with clients Support the Portfolio Business Development Manager to drive product strategy with the definition and positioning of new products and services, via a standard metholody (requirements, business case, implementation, launch) as well as the outphasing of old solutions. You will sell the solutions of today but will have to opportunity to help define our solutions of tomorrow. What will make you a good fit for the role? Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: · Sales business acumen, being able to successfully sell through organizational and business outcome mindset. · Sales client engagement & management skills, used to effectively manage and analyze the client throughout the client lifecycle, with the goal of improving client relationships and driving sales growth. · Sales solution skills, knowledge of use cases and market trends and the skill to apply them to individual client and prospect situations that positions you as an expert client advisor. · Sales resources optimisation – building internal relationships, working with pursuit teams and leveraging vendors as resources throughout the sales cycle. · Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs · Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships · Ability to work in high-pressure situations. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: · Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience · Relevant vendor certifications would be advantageous, specifically a Microsoft M365 related certification is a plus. · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and PowerPlatform is a plus · Knowledge of change management is a plus (preferably Prosci’s ADKAR) Required Experience: · Demonstrable sales and client engagement working in a large IT Company · You have a strong commercial and moderate technical background, with experience in the domain of Microsoft 365. · You are fluent in Dutch, French and English · You combine conceptual thinking with a strong operational expertise, and you have a 'can do' mentality · Experience in specialist (focus area) products and understanding of industry best practices, specifically in the domain of Microsoft 365. · Demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of relevant vendors · Demonstrated business development experience with excellent understanding of relevant markets and market growth strategies
