Our client, a prestigious and innovative bank located in Brussels, is currently looking for a FR/NL HR Assistant to join its team.

Description

As a FR/NL HR Assistant, you will have the following tasks:

  • Identify interesting candidates and schedule appointments
  • Point of contact for the recruitment partners
  • Attendance of candidate interviews and redaction of reports
  • Provide general support and assistance to the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Day to day assistance to the HR Department
  • Support all internal HR related requests

    As a FR/NL HR Assistant, you have the following profile:

  • Minimum a Bachelor in Office Management, HR, or similar
  • A first experience in administration or in HR
  • Perfect knowledge in French or Dutch and an excellent command of the other language. A good knowledge of English is also required
  • Good organisation skills and a strong motivation to access an HR function are big assets
