Monitoring day-to-day flight operations for a fleet of small to large business jets in worldwide operations

Responsibilities and Duties:

•Flight planning

•Feasibility checks

•Arranging Handling, Fuel, airport slots, traffic rights

•Support/assist with crew requirements e.g. accommodation and transportation as appropriate

•Respond to aircrew enquiries.

•Update daily the flight crew management system

•Carry out all departmental administration to the required standards, timelines and regulations

•Proactively manage resources in the operational period to achieve a safe, efficient and on-time operation

•Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information and data received in the OCC is always maintained in accordance with good practice and legislation

•Maintain professional standards and behaviors in accordance with good practice and company policy

Profiel

· Applicants shall be able to work autonomously and demonstrate a high-level of teamworking, coping with everyday challenges in the dynamic business aviation OPS environment

· Minimum language requirements: English, French and/or Dutch is a plus

· Passion and knowledge for aviation

· Good communicator

· Willing to work shifts and standby duties

· Based in Brussel but able to work from time to time in our 2nd base Wevelgem

· Experience in an OCC/OPS environment is a plus

· Previous experience with Air Support PPS or comparable software, Jeppesen

. You have an EU workpermit
