Area RGM and Digital Commerce Analyst Location: Nordics and Benelux (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands or Belgium) Job purpose: This person will support the delivery of the LOC commercial plans, ensuring internal metrics are achieved in a sustainable manner by balancing GSK CH commercial needs with those of our customers across Mass Market, Pharmacy and Digital Commerce channels. As well as supporting the Revenue Growth Management and Digital Commerce team with insights on price, PPA, promo and competition to accelerate top and bottom-line growth and improve GSK market share. Key responsibilities: Responsible for conducting detailed analyses required for the regular reviews of gross-to-net evolution across the 6 markets with the sales teams. During the annual strategic planning process, collect the required data and analysis to review gross-to-net investment strategy to ensure GSK invests holistically in winning customers; optimize guidance as necessary. Support NPI process with relevant price analysis and gross-to-net recommendations. Continuously monitor competitor activity, relevant to NRM: promotion & pricing Deliver competitive analyses for key brands as part of NRM brand deep dives to identify RGM opportunities Deliver DC reporting dashboards, evaluate DC campaigns and media investments, measuring ROI, ROAS and other KPIs. As part of annual planning process, compile and provide insights on competitive landscapes, category developments, and overall consumption dynamics Ad-hoc market share and consumption analysis to support improved business delivery Requirements: University degree or equivalent in relevant subject- economics or business administration Experience of running complex projects with multiple deliverables and stakeholders At least 5 years experience as Category Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, sales manager or Finance NRM Management preferably in Consumer Health Care or FMCG. Ability to understand the commercial and financial impact of decisions and risks from a short term and strategic perspective. In-depth understanding of P&L and impacts of changes in customer contracts on P&L Detailed knowledge of usual and useful terms of trade and conditions in customer contracts and ways to optimise them. Experience from working in Benelux Nordics. Awareness of Benelux and Nordic laws, especially competition and cartel law as well as compliance regulations. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and a high level of resilience. Ability to team up with various people in different levels and departments within the organisation and exercise as appropriate a high level of assertiveness.
