Description:

As Payroll Specialist Belgium and Spain your responsibilities will be:

• The treatment of all payroll-related data for over 500 blue white collars, C-level and expats/inpats
• The calculation and control of the payroll process
• The management of all employees benefits: insurance, fringe benefits, meal vouchers, pension plan, ...
• The calculation and treatment of variable pay
• The liaison with finance and accounting for the end of month reconciliation of the accounts
• The administration of the thematic leaves, training leaves, illnesses or accidents
• The management of the external partners public and private in each countries
• The accurate and timely communication to management about any change regarding the local legislation
• The analysis and reporting of HR data (engagement surveys, budget, salary costs)
• The support of the HR Director EMEA with the local work council and other social instances
• The participation to local or global HR projects

Are you the person we are looking for? Our Payroll Specialist Belgium and Spain must have

• An excellent knowledge of the Belgian social and labor law
• Fluent in Dutch and English (Si hablas Espaol es an mejor)
• A strong experience with payroll from A to Z
• A first experience with international payroll is a strong asset
• The knowledge of the industrial sector (blue and white collars)
• The knowledge of SAP HR

You also like analysis, figures and calculations; are accurate and precise; trustworthy and team player The position is based in Aalst right between Brussels and Ghent and 1h from Antwerp or from Tournai.
