The Claims Transformation Change Management team - tasked with overhauling the claims management channels through the digitalisation, automation and reorganisation of services - is seeking to appoint an Operational Support Officer .

Your responsibilities:

  • Organisation of meetings and roadshows. Coordination of the operational roll out of all events related to the programme (room reservations, catering, facilitation, etc.).
  • Organisation of the training courses: you will provide logistical support for the organisation of the training courses during the roll out (creation of groups, planning, room reservations, invitations, catering, follow-up of the training courses & satisfaction survey, etc.). You will keep the schedule up to date. You will track attendance and absences. You will be the trainer's go-to person.
  • You will provide on-going support for the team with their day-to-day organisational tasks (data consolidation, translations, organising meetings, etc.)

  • Master's degree
  • French speaking with a good knowledge of Dutch
