VMS is a dynamic category across the world, recently brought further into the spotlight as part of Pandemic-related behaviour change. GSK Consumer Healthcare participates in the VMS category with a combination of Global Brands such as Centrum as well as Local brands such as Multi-tabs and Bifiform/Idoform. As Brand Manager for VMS, you will be a part of multinational, multicultural team, aiming to grow Brand revenue, profit, shares and equity across the countries of BeneluxNordics.Job Purpose: Champion, live and protect the core brand purpose and values throughout the organizationBrand ownership - ensure effective implementation and initiation of brand-building activities to exceed market share, sales and profitability targets.Maximize long term brand value and profitabilityDevelop and deliver the brand story to consumers, support and oversee brand story to shoppers, pharmacy and retail.Key responsibilities:Category / Brand ownership at country levelExecute the Brand Planning process at country level in line with Category and Area guidelines.Develop and implement the marketing activity plan based on the annual planCarry out and follow-up campaigns - develop corrective actions based on data analysis and tracking of country brand KPIsLead country launch and activation plan for NPDResponsible for artwork of all products under brand responsibility.Communication and mediaImplement global / area toolkits - continuously follow-up and evaluate results.Lead adaptation projects when applicable & single country only (TVCs, sponsor spots, radio, internet, outdoor)Responsible for strategy, planning and implementation of country media plansResponsibility for managing digital content and updates of local brand platforms i.e websitesFinanceResponsible for local brand P&L and in particular for A&P budget for category/brand(s) in local marketInput to sales forecasting and monthly reporting (SOM, monthly executive summary)Contribution to budget and target processesOtherSecure professional relationship within the country and function teams with an involving and result oriented perspective.Ensure all activities comply with company policies, relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.Requirements: Bachelors degree or above in marketing, economics, commercial, business or equivalentKnowledge and experience of the retail environment - minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience with proven track record of achievements gained in leading FMCG or CH companiesStrong analytic, strategic, and organizational skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities, and the ability to work and engage within a cross-functional teamPassion for and commitment to your brand(s)Goal oriented & result drivenInnovative thinkingGood gasp of new trend and consumer insightDynamic and hands-on approachAble to drive fact-based decision makingStrong communication, presentation and negotiating skillsResilientPreferred:Masters degreeExposure to digital commerce strategy and campaigns
