• Be present on site and take the lead in SPQDC, 5S, synchro meetings,

• Be in charge of Continuous Improvement
• Determine the priorities in the workshop
• Ensure that the workplace grows with the technological evolution
• Supervise compliance with the procedures in the workplace (occupational safety, quality, environmental care, )

• Industrial or Civil Engineer master''s degree
• 5 years of relevant experience as manager in a production environment
• People Manager
• Management of Unions
• Good technical knowledge (mechanics, electricity, electronics)
• Dutch Fluent and an operational knowledge of French
• Born leader, you can motivate and manage a team
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
