To drive growth for a defined portfolio of accounts by selling Schneiders products and services to your customers digitally. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your customer base and the Schneider Electric Business. Develop and implement a strategic portfolio plan to expand the range of products sales with an expectation of growing your accounts. You will be required to understand a specific portfolio of customers and assess the opportunities to generate business. Intellect, tenacity, pragmatism and a sales mindset are a must to succeed in this role. Key responsibilities and expectations: Direct responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers with sole accountability for achieving agreed growth targets. This will be done by: Develop and implement a strategic portfolio plan to deliver both short term tactical sales and long term strategic opportunities. Lead follow up coming from marketing actions. Next to that, you will be working with marketing functions to accelerate growth in targeted market Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, assisting with orders, and following up on accounts Use Social Selling skills to drive sales engagement Cold calling All the above will be performed via a remote/digital interaction (phone/teams meeting/e-mail/) Ensure you interact with other stakeholders (business units, field sales counterpart, business partners) to drive sales result and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the Schneider Electric product and service offering. Engage in regular training and self-learning to ensure you are able to educate customers on new products and communicate the Schneider Value proposition. Fulfill all reporting and forecasting duties for your portfolio and customer type Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or Equivalent; technical degree preferred Languages: Mother tongue: Dutch Knowledge of French and English Sales must be part of your DNA Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoken Effective time management and organizational skills Digital champion; up to speed with digital communication, networking and CRM tools 1-3 years experiences in customer relations/ (inside) sales function You can look forward to growing your career in a dynamic workplace with significant personal responsibility and flexible working models to ensure the right work/life balance.
