Job Description Summary Job Description Are you passionate about HR? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment? We are looking for someone to join our HR Team. As HR Business Partner Supply Chain Operations, you play a key role in the development and roll out of the HR strategy for the supply chain operations departments (Temse and Olen) in the areas of organizational design, talent management, competency development and team dynamics. You will report to the Senior HR Manager Supply Chain Europe and will support the leaders and teams by working in close collaboration with other key stakeholders in the HR service delivery model. Your responsibilities: Organizational development & recruitment Support the leaders in assuring a correct organizational design is setup to meet short- and long term goals and overcome future challenges. Work in close collaboration with Talent acquisition partner Cielo and hiring managers to attract the correct talent in order to assure a solid succession pipeline for key roles. Assure your role as HRBP in the Talent acquisition process is fulfilled in a timely manner. Talent management & development Facilitate talent calibration sessions and assure correct calibration across departments. Provide support in building strong career paths for talents in order to assure solid succession pipelines. Support in the setup and roll out of leadership development programs and competency development programs. Support the roll out of the regional and local talent management strategy. Team dynamics, culture & change management Advise leaders in their journey of setting up and building high performing teams. Facilitate workshops to support team development and change management. Assure adoption and roll out of BD Way (Our company culture, requested mindset & leadership commitments) with focus on servant leadership and growth mindset. HR analytics Setup up a set of key leading HR metrics in support of the business. Analyze trends, define gaps and discuss action plans with leaders. Other Actively participate in local leadership teams. Work in close collaboration with total rewards to assure correct compensation aligned with internal and external benchmark. Give advice and support employee engagement and employer branding initiatives. In addition: You have a Bachelor or Master degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent by experience. You have proven ability to work in an operational environment. Experience and insights in supply chain is a strong plus! You have proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management and team dynamics. You are a team player who supports the leaders and teams by working together with key stakeholders in the HR service delivery model. You have the ability to think longer term while acting on short term goals. You are a change agent: you have the ability to take care of ambiguity and support teams through change. You have excellent facilitation, influencing and communication skills. You have authentic, integer and people oriented professional whose personal values are aligned with the company culture.
