To strengthen our Supply & Technology Solutions Product Strategy & Industrial Implementation department, based in our hub in Braine, Belgium, we are looking to fill the position of: Reference & Master Data Specialist. Knowledge Management aims to increase the effectiveness of the DMSO department (Development, Manufacturing and Supply Operations) by transforming into a self-learning organization. Data Management builds the foundation of digital transformation and knowledge management, by ensuring the robustness of data.As a UCB Reference & Master Data Specialist you like to work in an environment where you can:Define and implement data standards to support DMSO Knowledge Management and business digital transformation. As a UCB Reference & Master Data Specialist you will contribute by the following activities:Lead projects to improve process development, manufacturing and supply chain data standards:Identify critical processes and data elementsAnalyse international standardsDefine & Communicate RMD roadmapCoordinate roadmap with other UCB departments & system ownersManage procedures & documentation to conform with UCB data quality standardsConnect with the other data specialist to build the data big picture, coordinate cross-functional references implementation, and support the implementation of data governance & quality processesContribute actively to the UCB quality system by implementing data governance and supporting the knowledge management strategy (ICH Q10).Interested? For this position youll need the following education, experience and skills:Bachelor/Masters degree in engineering or sciences with 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry: deep knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences, manufacturing, laboratory+5 years'' experience in data/master data (master data, data quality, data governance and / or data management, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment)Project management: experienced in driving cross functional projects (resources, budget, dotted-line management)Hands on experience in any MDM platformAbility to drive change: strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to multi-disciplinary domains and adapt in a rapidly in evolving environmentInfluencing & convincing skills with ability to build solution and make decisionTime & project management: ability to prioritize roadmaps, face change in incident reviews, face the shift of prioritiesHigh ability to work independently, in autonomy with low supervisionWritten and oral presentation skillsEnglish is mandatory, French is a plus
