- Escalating cases to Back Office teams if necessary
- Ensuring continuous follow-up until a resolution is reached while keeping the customer or sales agent informed
- Participating in proactive campaigns to improve customer and sales agents satisfaction
- Updating customer information in IT systems
- Reporting issues and problems for continuous improvement
- Fluency in Dutch and French
- Experience in call centers and customer service, preferably in b2b
- Diplomatic, mature, and extroverted
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Knowledge of contact center tools and systems
- Integrity and initiative as a team player
- Commercial flair and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
