Team Overview

As a member of the Venture Funds division, you will engage in resolving intricate challenges and assist venture capitalists in managing their fund operations. Our organization is dedicated to transforming finance positively by harnessing equity's potential for the collective benefit.

Candidate Profile

• Must be based in Luxembourg on a permanent basis
• Previous experience in preparing fund accounts and financial statements compliant with Lux GAAP and IFRS, with knowledge of US GAAP and UK GAAP
• Minimum of 2 years in Accounting or Finance within the Funds sector is preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of complex fund accounting principles, particularly for closed-end Funds
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen sense of when to escalate issues
• Timely and appropriate communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet various deadlines
• Interest in contributing to projects in a dynamic environment, both collaboratively and independently
• Experience in utilizing technology to enhance operational processes
• Possess a numerical Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accountancy or Finance
• Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Startup ecosystem
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are preferred
