    Onze klant is een internationaal georiënteerd familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in de productie van een uitgebreid en hoogkwalitatief gamma chemische producten voor de professionele bouwmarkt. Op heden realiseert het bedrijf een omzet van ongeveer 75 miljoen euro dankzij een team van 180 performante medewerkers.

    Functieomschrijving

    • Bij onze organisatie zoeken we een Technical Support Manager die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de behandeling van kwaliteitsklachten en technische productsupport.
    • Het uiteindelijke doel van deze functie is om een duidelijke, schriftelijke vastlegging te maken van de door ons bereikte resultaten en deze voortdurend aan te passen aan de situatie.

    Relevant Skills

    • U hebt bouwtechnische affiniteit en/of ervaring en een gedegen basiskennis van chemie (minimum bachelorniveau).
    • U heeft goede productkennis en kennis van hun toepassingen of bent bereid deze snel te verwerven.
    • U bent enerzijds een goede analyticus die anderzijds ook vlot kan synthetiseren (concluderen).
    • U heeft kennis van expertisetechnieken of bent bereid tot het volgen van een opleiding.
