    We are hiring: Administrative Assistant

    Are you an administrative professional who enjoys a mix of routine tasks and more challenging administrative duties?

    As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing incoming and outgoing emails
    • Processing service reports on a daily basis
    • Inputting data into the system (creating customer and supplier records)
    • Supporting the accounting department by preparing proforma invoices
    • Performing various administrative tasks

    Profile

    Apply for this position if you:

    • Have relevant administrative experience or have recently completed your Office Management studies
    • Are willing to work full-time or 4/5th time
    • Possess excellent MS Office skills
    • Have a good command of French
    • Are flexible, a team player, detail-oriented, and hardworking
