- Managing incoming and outgoing emails
- Processing service reports on a daily basis
- Inputting data into the system (creating customer and supplier records)
- Supporting the accounting department by preparing proforma invoices
- Performing various administrative tasks
- Have relevant administrative experience or have recently completed your Office Management studies
- Are willing to work full-time or 4/5th time
- Possess excellent MS Office skills
- Have a good command of French
- Are flexible, a team player, detail-oriented, and hardworking
- Are available immediately or in the near future
