Polyvalent Relief Operator - Machine Operator (H/F)
Ensure the operation of production machinery and quality of produced articles in accordance with customer requirements.

In this role as Machinist Hot End:

• Control various production parameters, including dimensional and visual aspects of bottles to meet customer requirements.
• Control all bottles sent to the arch dimensionally, visually using calipers according to the reference sheet every hour.
• Control bottle weight every 10 minutes using a balance.
• Control the operation of ejectors by parameterizing the number of necessary ejects to ensure zero defects in the arch.
• Participate in logistics around Hot End production machines.
• Lubricate machine molds according to the technical article sheet.
• Eject dirty or polluted bottles due to debris, non-conformities.
• Clean machines according to the daily cleaning plan.
• Remedy anomalies through adjustments, mold changes, etc.
• Adjust machines according to the nature of rejects.
• Perform mold changes when they no longer meet production requirements, replace with reserve mold and document repairs for mold maintenance.
• Prepare different reports to ensure traceability of data from Hot End production.

Qualifications:

• Degree A3 required.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics required.
• At least one year of experience required.
