    KYC Front Office Expert

    Your Role and Work Environment

    Within ING Wholesale Banking Luxembourg, we have an opening for a KYC Front Office Expert to facilitate services to our clients and ensure a safe and compliant bank that operates efficiently.

    The Front Office Regulatory Support team will work with relationship managers and product specialists to handle regulatory and operational tasks. You will collaborate with other departments and colleagues in different geographies. You will report to the Transaction & Regulatory Expert Team Lead in Luxembourg.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • You will be the primary point of contact for regulatory-driven requests.
    • Lead the KYC processes for existing and new ING clients, including CRS/FATCA reviews.
    • Drive the KYC process by liaising with CDD analysts and experts, gathering CDD evidence, and tracking deadlines.
    • Follow up on actions taken within ING regarding review processes.
    • Manage data input, maintenance, and accuracy of ING's CRM systems.
    • Liaise with the Finance department for management information and data quality.
    • Implement and update policy- and regulation-driven processes and subsequent remediation plans.
    • Support commercial activities with other responsibilities or projects.

    To excel as a KYC Front Office Expert, you should possess:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Accurate and results-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
    • Solid computer skills, primarily Microsoft Office and ING applications.
    • Familiarity with financial products, compliance, KYC, wholesale banking, or financial institutions is preferred.
