    Job Description

    Vivid Resourcing is seeking Freelance Calculators to support a construction client with DBFM projects across Belgium.

    Responsibilities:

    • Study specifications, plans and bills of quantities, ensuring completeness and accuracy in cost price calculations.
    • Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, verifying conformity with specifications.
    • Consider specification requirements from engineering firms and public authorities, as well as client wishes.
    • Perform cost price calculations for quotations and tender files.

    Profile:

    • Proven experience in cost engineering and cost calculation topics.
    • Familiarity with DBFM projects.
    • Background in Civil Works projects.
    • Accurate and detail-oriented work ethic.
    • Ability to work under pressure, with drive and team spirit.
    • Familiarity with common software packages or construction office knowledge (a plus).
