The Cost Calculator position requires preparing and working out calculations for public and private tenders and price requests.

• Requesting, following up on, and analyzing prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Drawing up quotations and writing a plan of approach.
• Thoroughly reviewing specifications, plans, and measurements.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed estimates and cost breakdowns.
• Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and pricing information.
• Analyzing data and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in construction engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the ground, road, and sewerage works sector.
• Proficiency in Dutch language (ideal).
• Familiarity with standard specification 250.
• A strong sense of responsibility and common sense.
• Accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential.
