KEY requirements:

• Master's degree in advertising, marketing, management or communication
• At least 5 years of experience within the Media Industry on the agency side
• Proven experience in planning and developing digital campaigns for big complex clients
• Love working in cross functional teams and being in touch with various clients
• Have extensive knowledge of the Belgian media landscape, and experience in media and communications planning
• Feel comfortable presenting your plans and ideas
• Like to initiate new ideas and improvements
• Communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English, both in written and spoken conversations

The Digital Performance & Strategy Lead works together with the Strategy Director, Operations Director, Client Service Director, Client Leads and Expert Supervisors to ensure digital is at the centre of our service.

This role is critical for the agency to reinforce our overall
service quality
and scope to enhance our commercial offering and drive
innovation
. This will reinforce the business partnership with our clients and our agency promise: "We Create What's Next".

The Digital Performance & Strategy Director is responsible for an optimal digital strategy to all clients, through communication advice, innovation and developing service wherever possible. He/She will inspire and propose high quality and innovative media, communication and marketing solutions in the digital area. The solutions provided by the Digital Performance and Strategy Lead will add to the Business and Marketing plans of our clients.

The Digital Performance & Strategy Director will be a source of inspiration for all teams throughout the agency and continuously pursue the opportunities for our digital offer to stretch beyond online and beyond campaigns only.

In this way, he/she will also contribute to the profitability of the digital scope of the agency.

Finally the Digital Performance and Strategy Lead will be closely involved in all major clients strategies and agency pitches to further build the future of the agency.

Deliverables

1. Digital Client Services

2. Develop and foster digital marketing media strategies and solutions based on customer's needs and advice client across all digital areas

3. Continuously deliver excellent digital service to the clients (product and service package)
4. Add to the growth by actively realising new business projects with new and existing clients around digital marketing (performance, data, analytics, etc)
5. Initiate and develop process and system improvements to enhance the digital business operations
6. Develop programs for agency employees to increase and develop digital capabilities including the onboarding process
7. Coordinate with the broader OMG agency group and departments to ensure the required quality and output level and develop SLAs where needed
8. Identify customer's digital marketing needs and pro-actively act on these needs by means of consulting services

2.Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Monitor and analyse performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new digital tools and platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

3.Digital Capability Coaching

• Coaching and inspiring digital planners and experts to jointly contribute to a quality service
• Responsible for and monitor quality of output and digital plans and innovations
• Work closely with the Strategy Director, Operations Director and client teams to ensure optimal and efficient collaboration and distribution of work to attain common goals.
