Logistiek Account Manager

Ben je iemand die graag rechtstreeks contact heeft met klanten voor het afhandelen van logistieke stromen? Ben je iemand die naar optimale klanttevredenheid streeft en graag klantenrelaties onderhoudt? Dan ben je op de juiste vacature aan het zoeken.

Jouw taken

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledig operationele dossierbeheer van A tot Z binnen het ERP systeem.
Transport-, bevrachting- en douanedocumenten worden door jou opgesteld, gecontroleerd en opgevolgd.
Je draagt bij tot een efficiënte en klantgerichte logistieke dienstverlening.
Optionele verzekeringspolis wordt door jou in orde gebracht met de verzekeringsmakelaar.
Regelmatig overleg met de sales collega's in verband met de evolutie van de business. Eventuele vragen van klanten worden door jou geregistreerd en opgevolgd en dit in overleg met je teamleader.
Je voert operationele communicatie met de klant en staat in contact met onze interne operationele diensten. De klant wordt door jou proactief op de hoogte gehouden in verband met het verloop van de zending teneinde de klanttevredenheid hoog te houden.

Benodigde kwaliteiten

Je hebt een bachelor diploma logistiek management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (expeditie: import en export) en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring. Douanekennis is een vereiste.
Administratief ben je sterk aangelegd en je krijgt snel een goed inzicht in de workflow.
Je bent communicatief sterk en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse zeer goed op zowel gesproken als schriftelijk vlak. Franse en Duitse taal is zeker een pluspunt.
Kennis van Navitrans is een groot pluspunt.
Klantgericht, gedreven en een teamspeler zijn eigenschappen die volledig bij jou aansluiten.
