    The Role

    We are looking for a skilled bicycle technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing bicycles to the highest standards. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice to help them find the right solution. If you have a passion for cycling and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To diagnose and repair bicycles to the highest standards
    • To provide expert advice to customers on bike maintenance and repair
    • To maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure excellent customer service
    • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

    Requirements:

    • A strong background in mechanics and cycle repair
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
