Job summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will primarily focus on marketing automation and email marketing in a global context. This role is also responsible for planning and executing all EMEA digital marketing programs, including SEO, PPC and social media.

Responsibilities

• Drive global marketing automation initiatives aligned with overarching marketing strategies.
• Build, execute, and measure email marketing campaigns for segmented audiences with relevant content.
• Utilize tools such as Pardot, Google Analytics and social media insights to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing communication or digital marketing roles, with an emphasis on marketing automation and email marketing.
• Professional background in an international and multi-cultural B2B environment.

Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with leading marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot preferred), HubSpot or Marketo.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including integration with marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with PPC campaign planning and Google Analytics
• Basic coding skills, particularly in HTML and CSS, would be beneficial.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to analyze and interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Acquaintance with the EMEA market and its geographical nuances.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in additional key EMEA languages is a strong advantage.
