    Onze klant is een internationaal georiënteerd familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in de productie van een uitgebreid en hoogkwalitatief gamma chemische producten voor de professionele bouwmarkt.

    We zijn op zoek naar een TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER om ons team te versterken. Als technical support manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van kwaliteitsklachten en technische klantvragen.

    Je bent de spilfiguur bij:

    • het behandelen van kwaliteitsklachten;
    • de technische productsupport;
    • het superviseren van het proces van proefaanvragen;
    • het fungeren als back-up voor de technische help-desk.

    In overleg met de commerciële afdeling zorg je voor een professionele afhandeling van klachten.

    Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

    • kwaliteitsklachten behandelen;
    • technische klantvragen beantwoorden;
    • proefaanvragen superviseren;
    • technische help-desk ondersteunen.
