    Job Description:

    Are you passionate about providing administrative support to buyers?

    Do you excel at organizing all transport administration?

    Are you a master in Excel?

    If so, you might be the Fashion Administrative Assistant our client in Genk is looking for.

    Some responsibilities you can expect:

    • Support buyers in their administration by processing and monitoring orders.
    • Check incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices.
    • Input incoming and outgoing orders in our ERP system Exact Online.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing lists, mainly in Excel.
    • Manage the ERP system by accurately entering and monitoring data and handling various transport administrative tasks.
    • Receive drivers, process their paperwork and delivery documents, and ensure the smooth flow of inbound and outbound orders and stock counts.
    • Create orders, CMR documents, and delivery notes based on WMS.
    • Communicate with customers about deviations, extra costs, and goods blocking and unblocking.
    • Support the department after a training period with your administrative skills.

    • Hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of Exact Online is a plus.
    • Skilled in Excel and MS Office.
    • Strong administrative skills.
    • Driven personality and attitude.
    • Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
    • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a bonus.
    • Flexible and willing to learn all aspects of telephone sales work.
