    Als Technical Support Technician maak je deel uit van het Technisch Support team en rapporteer je aan de Technisch Support Ingenieur of Manager. Je ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van technische taken en werkt nauw samen met Technisch Support Ingenieurs om efficiënte technische ondersteuning te bieden aan verschillende afdelingen en klanten.

    Dit behoort tot je dagelijkse takenpakket:
    - Uitvoeren van technische taken zoals productassemblage, apparatuurinstallatie, onderhoud en reparaties, zowel in de werkplaats als op locatie.
    - Nauwgezet volgen van technische instructies, werkprocedures en handleidingen opgesteld door Technisch Support Ingenieurs.
    - Assistentie verlenen tijdens homologatieprocessen, waarbij je Technisch Support Ingenieurs ondersteunt bij het volgen van vastgestelde richtlijnen.
    - Accuraat documenteren van uitgevoerde taken en rapporteren aan de Technisch Support Ingenieur of Manager over voortgang en eventuele problemen.
    - Professioneel en beleefd communiceren met klanten tijdens on-site ondersteuning en relevante informatie over technische problemen verzamelen en documenteren.
    - Zorgen dat alle technische taken worden uitgevoerd volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften en wettelijke vereisten.
    - Feedback geven aan je team en collega's over mogelijke verbeteringen in technische instructies en procedures.
