    Vous contribuez au transfert de connaissances au sein du secteur en organisant des formations basées sur les besoins et les objectifs stratégiques de Buildwise.

    Vous apportez votre soutien, si nécessaire, lors d'événements et de démonstrations, ou vous les associez à des formations pour offrir une expérience client optimale.

    Vous collaborez étroitement avec les principaux acteurs du secteur ainsi qu'avec les différentes équipes et unités de Buildwise.

    En tant que réseau·teur/-teuse, vous êtes capable d'identifier et de saisir de nouvelles opportunités.

    Vos tâches clés :

    Coordination de différents types de formations :

    ">
      ">
    • Filtrer les demandes
      • ">
    • Identifier le contenu pertinent et trouver le formateur adéquat
      • ">
    • Planifier la formation et en assurer le suivi
      • ">
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Communication et Marketing ainsi qu'avec d'autres parties internes afin de garantir une communication fluide sur les formations (en interne et en externe)
      • ">
        ">
      • Qualité et optimisation :
        • ">
          ">
        • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres unités pour accompagner et encadrer les collègues-formateurs dans leur rôle de formateur chez Buildwise
          • ">
        • Veiller à la qualité des formations et des formateurs, et intervenir si nécessaire, notamment dans le cadre de l'audit annuel
          • ">
        • Documenter son travail et rédiger les rapports requis
          • ">
        • En collaboration avec le/la CX Manager, proposer des indicateurs pour soutenir la stratégie de formation de Buildwise. Veiller à la qualité et à la disponibilité des données nécessaires à une bonne collaboration au sein de Buildwise

          • Gestion des besoins et des parties prenantes :

            • Identifier les besoins du secteur en collaboration avec les Valorisation Managers et les animateurs des Comités Techniques

            • Être un partenaire des organismes de formation dans le secteur de la construction

            • Faire preuve d'initiative pour contribuer au développement d'un réseau de clients (fédérations, entreprises, monde académique, ...) intéressés par l'offre de formations et de services qui constitue l'expérience Buildwise

            • Proposer des formats de formation qui répondent au mieux aux besoins identifiés

              • Gestion budgétaire :

                • Gérer de manière opérationnelle le budget alloué de façon efficace et assurer le suivi de la facturation des formations
