    About the Role

    • Represent the company by managing reception duties such as answering calls, responding to emails, and conducting surveys.
    • Act as the main point of contact for post-sales services, providing guidance and assistance to customers.
    • Welcome customers at the reception area, discuss their inquiries or concerns.
    • Determine the necessary actions to find solutions and prepare work orders.
    • Decide which colleague or department can assist the customer further and schedule appointments accordingly.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments.
    • Handle incoming calls with a friendly attitude and ensure proper closure of each call.

    As a receptionist, you should be proactive and adaptable in handling various tasks.
