    Nous sommes une entreprise qui aide des centaines de clients à digitaliser leur gestion comptable et financière grâce à des solutions logicielles performantes (Horus, WinBooks…). Nous avons plus de 20 ans d'expérience et nous sommes connus pour notre expertise, notre esprit d'équipe et notre innovation.

    Nous recherchons un Officier de relation client expérimenté capable d'allier sens du service, compétences techniques et compréhension métier.

    Vos responsabilités :

    • Servir de point de contact clé pour les clients (prospects & existants)
    • Gérer et suivre les demandes, incidents ou questions techniques liées aux logiciels
    • Comprendre les besoins comptables/financiers des clients pour leur proposer la meilleure solution
    • Assurer un accompagnement personnalisé et proactif
    • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process de support et de satisfaction client
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et techniques

    Votre profil :

    • Expérience confirmée en Customer Care, Customer Support ou Success, idéalement dans un environnement logiciel ou financier
    • Connaissance de logiciels comptables comme WinBooks, Horus, Exact…
    • Esprit analytique, orienté résolution de problèmes
    • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de la relation client
    • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en gardant un esprit d'équipe
