A Letter To You

This a letter, written especially. To you. Confirmed, like you, I live in challenging times. I cannot deny it. It is not always easy to deal with the current situation. A huge understatement? Maybe I am blessed and I will stay healthy. Or I will have to face the facts of catching diseases such as the C-word. With related consequences. This is not what I wish to my worst enemy. Even better to have none, as it is wasted energy. What is your idea?

I am watching the actual state of the world and I notice with sadness what is going on. There is also an opposite feeling. It makes me more humble and grateful for my life. I see all kind of things happening, both good as bad. As if this virus enforces the good as well as the bad. People that were already helpful, are becoming even more supportive of others. The selfish people get more lost in their games. Stressful circumstances seem to give birth to more of the same. What do you see?

I choose to see the reality as it is. There is a lot of suffering, fear, pain and despair. On the other hand there is also a lot of happiness, love and hope. From two sources I take scenes in. And yet I can consciously walk the path that feels best. By not letting my human core be destroyed. I have not been changed by that virus - I always remain warm and loving - and I will conquer it together with others. That is the key. And so will you. 

In the meantime I will reflect upon what I can do to help other people. I decide to be the best I can be and do my own homework to make a difference in this world. With my strengths and talents. I cannot control the presence of bad happenings. They are part of the scene. They will always be. However I can accept the invitation to get stronger and wiser from what I am learning on the go. What will you do?

Anyhow, I hope that you will stay safe and healthy. Each one of you. As well as your family and friends. And that you also take this time out to make decisions how to enrich the lives of others, yours included. Make sure that this virus does not get a chance to diminish your human light. Get informed, but do not watch or read the news all the time, because it will make you even more afraid and restless. Work on your goals and focus on creating good energy. That is all you need to do for now. Just a simple suggestion. You have a free will. As I do too.

There will always be light at the end of the tunnel
