Beyond The Comfort Zone. A State Of Peace.

Health check. Stiff? After a long, cold and dark winter? This happens. It is human. Accepted. With love. Spring is approaching. The birds feel it already. They exercise and sing. Gently. Time to move our muscles. Maybe this is the moment where we reflect on a holiday destination. A natural place where peace reigns. Have we ever considered to book a ticket to our own self? Are we living boldly or more from a place of comfort zone?

A comfort zone only provides the illusion of peace. There is no real growth. No true challenge. We stick to old habits. We repeat them often. Again and again. There is no expansion. Is that it? Or is there something extra that we need to discover? Beyond the comfort zone more beauty and joy await us. Breaking through all illusions of our ego mind offers the best view we can imagine.

A snake has understood the principle of living boldly. It renews its skin on a regular basis. Humans have the same option - using their creative power - to follow the path of renewal. Imagine the enthusiasm and victory we feel when we have taken a step out of our comfort zone. We feel more alive. In the present moment. All it takes is to accept our current state and have the courage to create new and supportive habits to guarantee our inner growth.


S o let us decide today to commit to leaving our comfort zone.

N obody says it will be easy but it is really worth the effort.

A small and humble step can trigger the process of renewal.

K  ick off. Let us meet with ourselves to define new habits.

E nergy never lies. We are at our best when we expand from within.


A beautiful destination is our reward. The journey will be enriching in so many ways. Imagine the new person we have become. Through the process of transforming from within. Breathing. Fully. Feel the emotions of delight running through our veins. See the place where peace feels like a second skin. The world shows more beauty when we have the courage to try and do new things.

Book a golden ticket out of the comfort zone. Now.

Well said , always healthy to explore and leave our comfort zone. Many times we may find renewal in a place we visit and want to return or search for more.

Align with Patience. Apply with Positivity. Just a little rest before the next leap or perhaps the discipline is the discomfort which prepares for a great experience. I get a bit confused here because we often get comfortable seeing the grass on the other side as green.
