Black As The Night Sky

Black As The Night Sky

Behind the scenes the magician worked hard. He was about to put a new magic formula together. To avoid curious eyes, he covered his laboratory with blue umbrellas decorated with raindrops. A mission to fulfill. He put all his heart and soul into his relentless efforts to write history with a brand new discovery. He did not speak one word during his learning process. Silence was gold.

His grey hair confirmed his old age. A small body with a genius brain. Dressed in black clothes. Black as the night sky. His back suffered from heavy weight lifting in the past. He was approaching his last episode. He was aware of it and he accepted it with grace. The expression on his face revealed that he was completely focused on his last work. No time to lose. The room was full of books. Just like a library. Chemistry, a part of the atmosphere.

His hands full of wrinkles moved a lot. Active gestures. Full of meaning. Step by step he approached his goal. The dust in the room told a story of perseverance and willingness to reach his desired commitment to his soul. The neighbours finally gave up to know more about his actions. Too much. Too soon. They had to practice patience. A necessary life quality to keep balance.

The substance which he created, got all colors at once. A sign of readiness. He tested the force on a piece of paper. It worked. The paper obeyed his thoughts. As if an invisible thread connected the old magician to the piece. They were one. A huge smile appeared on the master's face. He created something new, something that really worked. In an instant. He had to sit down and become calm again.

His heart felt his excitement and it could hardly stop dancing inside his chest. The umbrellas disappeared. The raindrops fell down. The task was done. After some rest, he cleaned up the laboratory, locked the room and took the magic substance with him. People from all over the world heard about his gift and knocked on his door. He could help them. Each one of them. With no exception.

The people told their unique story to the old magician, shared their pains and blessings and potential dreams. As old and wise men do, the magician reflected some time. Then he asked them to draw their deepest heart desire on a piece of paper. They did. With question marks on their heads. A delight to watch for the confident magician. Then the old man put some drops of the magic formula on the paper. Something changed. Deeply. From within.

The next moment, in another part of the world, the person was living the dream already. With happiness. It was better than he or she could ever have imagined. To thank the magician, all people sent their unconditional gratitude to him. He felt the love, a great feeling, and that was the most beautiful gift he ever received. Years later, a statue was discovered deep in the forest. Made with unconditional heart magic. It showed a joyful magician who lived forever in the memory of his visitors.
