Blend Mind And Heart

Someone reached out to me recently. This person sent me a wonderful message. It was a message focused on what makes our hearts sing. It was about doing the things we love to do most. I could feel the living energy in the words shared by this person. It made me smile. How good it feels to connect with others on the level of dreams or call it goals.

Then there was the 'but' corner. The 'obstacle' room. The person wanted to go a particular direction but saw the wall the mind had created. Mind walls only need to be reduced until they have no power anymore over our heart. It is human. We all might have gone through that road. Until we see the light. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

What if we look with different eyes at the obstacles which our own mind has created? What if we see these constructs as joyful challenges that our mind has generated to train us to become more resilient? What if we add some gentleness to the products of our own thinking? Our mind is just a humble servant, it is not against us. Were you aware of that?

The same mind that talks in terms of 'buts' does not want us to give up on our dreams or goals. It is just teasing us. Testing our capacity to love ourselves more. Let us give our mind a brand new role. Reward it for its capacity to create the life we always wanted. It is so good at it. It thrives in the construction field. If you only knew what it was capable of ...

Imagine. The renewed role of your mind. Supportive. It will grow old with you. Full of love. It looks forward to seeing you shine. In your undertakings. It will meet you halfway. Walking with you towards the finish line of all your deepest desires. And while you approach your mind differently, it is maybe time to renew more parts of you so that you see the world with new eyes.

Blend your mind and heart. Align them. This will empower you. Your energy will boost. Stop creating walls. Instead build as much windows and doors as you can. Nature is abundant. It flows with pleasure through all the openings you have allowed in your life. Do what you love most. It is possible. In this life. You do not have to wait. It happens now.
