'Boundaries', Says Nature, 'Belong To The World That We Shape Every Day'

I admit that I had a false belief about kindness. I thought that it was a key that could open any door. Yet, I learned a lesson. Kindness can also be the wrong choice. While kindness is a beautiful aspect of someone's personality, and Always will be, it might not Always be the answer in a professional surrounding. For example in an educational setting. When the basic understanding of Mutual respect seems lost, kindness can do more harm. 

Luckily there are many tools to act accordingly, also in an educational environment. Sometimes we need to choose the hard way, to make sure that respect fills the room again. Authority still makes a difference today, also for the younger ones. Each time an adult - who serves as a role model - chooses to act and not close her of his eyes, she or he blesses his peers. Bad behaviour needs to be stopped. Not tomorrow, not next week, but instantly.

Maybe it is all about setting healthy boundaries. What you decide to accept, will stay longer in your world. What you do not accept, will leave the room of your awareness. The sky shows in a fascinating design that even there the clouds have their boundaries. That is maybe why they co-exist peacefully next to each other. The pieces of the puzzle fit. It is simple and clear. No doubt where the clouds touch the sky.

The right mix between kindness and authority or setting healthy boundaries to re-generate respect, is a blessing to all who practice this. Best practices Always have been efficient. To improve our world. Let's pass this idea in the knowing that nature reads our hearts. The teaching is present when we want to see it. Say no to everything that disturbs peace. Dare to make a difference. Your courageous decision might be the key to open a new world. Others might follow those bold steps.
