Celebrate One

New year. First Month. Eleven Days. Each day arrives as a precious gift. Gratefully following the mysterious river of life. Smoothly. In silence. Delivered easily at our address. Just like that. Each of us blessed with the possibility of a choice. A conscious one. Let us take a moment to look back. How were the first eleven days of your new year? Suppose you have a calender, how would you mark most of the days? Thumbs up or down? What is the outcome?

Is the answer in alignment with who you really are? Or have you just adopted patterns from others? Do these patterns serve your purpose? Take time to reflect. What is your nature? Are your daily choices in line with your nature? No time to judge or be judged. We look at what is. From a distance. This morning - when you opened your beautiful eyes - what was the first thought that came into your mind? Did it feel good or not?

In case you sense that you would like to adjust your thinking, there is good news. We all have the power to make one choice. Adjusting our behavior. Serving our desires. The moment we open our eyes. Consciously creating the world around us. With thoughts based on love or fear. Our outside world will reflect back what we have chosen. Deep down inside. That is the mirror. In our lives. We are what we think of most of the time.

It is an illusion to think that we are blocked by life. We are free. All days. All ways. All the time. We can balance our circumstances. How does it feel to know that we are able to scale up our energy? The sky of our lives has room enough for the sun. The stars and the moon. There will be clouds too. Let them walk away. Just shapes. No power. Nothing more than that. Tomorrow morning when your day knocks on your door, how will you greet it? What about the next eleven days?

Our choice has not only an impact on ourselves. We are connected to others as well. Energy is contagious. Like attracts like. Do you pass on a smile? Or the flu? Shaking hands. A domino effect. An avalanche. What gift are you offering yourself and others? Life is an ocean with waves that can make or break us. We always have a choice. Choose wisely. Night and day. Tell me, on which side will YOU be? Sunny side up? Happy 1.11.1 day!
