High Heel. Reported Missing.

High Heel. Reported Missing.

She suddenly felt how cold it was. Touching the floor of the plane. Searching for her second shoe. She could not find it. Ashamed she was. Oh my God, in trouble. She moved. Looked everywhere. Little bit nervous. A hand on her elegant shoulders. Warm. Fingers sinking deeper. His eyes meeting the windows of her soul. Flame. Fire. Unexpected. Out of the blue. He spoke with his eyes. No words required. She understood that language. In his hand a shoe. 'Mine!', she said with joy. He laughed. 'You have a gorgeous smile, pretty lady', he said gently. 'Is this what you are looking for, is it yours?', he replied, teasing her. 'Yes', she said, somehow shy. He put the shoe on the floor and slowly guided her foot in the shoe.

His perfume travelled through all her senses. Tom Ford. Noir. It felt good. Sophisticated. Mysterious. Sexy. She recognised it instantly. Delicious fragrance. From another world. He noticed that she was attracted to him. He had never seen such a magnificent woman. That charism. That elegance. He forgot everything around him. As if they were the only two people. In this plane. The other passengers were not paying attention to them. Watching the end of the movie or reading a book. For them the moment seemed to last a long, long time. The plane would land soon. The pilot announced that all passengers needed to fasten their seatbelts. The plane was approaching JFK airport. He let her take her seat back. He did the same.

She forgot to ask his name. She would do it later. That smile said it all. His face shining. Present in his own world. He adored these little coincidences that the universe organised. Welcome in a world of endless possibilities. She was overwhelmed. By it all. Her mind went back to him. Her lover in Paris. He died without saying goodbye to her. Awful reality. She tried not to cry. Fighting against her tears. She felt emotional. Vulnerable. Alone. In a plane full of passengers. Her heart aching. Attracted to a stranger, letting go her lover. She witnessed how the passengers were becoming restless. They were ready to get out of the plane. The flight had captured them too long.

He was in a hurry. Grabbed his belongings. Too late now to ask his name. He disappeared in the crowd. 'Good, I am used to be left alone', she played the victim. In this story. For a short moment. The airport an ocean of people. Happy children running around. Playfully. Behind her a voice. Getting louder and louder. Trying to catch her attention. 'Excuse me, Miss', it said. She turned around. A red rose in front of a face. That smile again. 'Wish you a pleasant stay!', he said. It was him! He went to buy a red rose for her. How sweet! 'If you want, we meet later this week, how long will you stay in New York?', he asked. 'Some days', she replied. A last glimpse. Seduced. They exchanged their name, mobile phone number and address.

She felt relieved. In the warm sun two energetic shadows were dancing. Full of life. She continued her walk. His soul following her. In New York she always felt home. Maybe she once lived here. In a previous life. Her hotel located in Manhattan. She was a bit hungry. Ordered a small pizza in a local restaurant. Sounds from everywhere. The hotel, a bed and breakfast. Charming and cosy. All rooms taken. Except one. She was lucky. The hotel owner was friendly. Correct. Displayed no emotions. He showed her her room. King size bed. Explained the rules of the house. Offered her a tourist guide. The Metropolitan Museum of Art not too far away. At walking distance.

In the evening she took a bath. Warm water running. Creating more foam. Delight. Romantic candle. Piano music on. A glass of champagne. Closing her eyes. Silence. Within. Embracing this precious moment. Loving the water. Gently rubbing her body. Relaxing. More and more. The bath products were excellent. A present for body, mind and soul. The tube was large. Plenty of room for two. Behind her - on the wall - the shadows were united once again. An explosion of light. The candle fell down. Followed by the empty glass. In many pieces. OMG. She did not touch it. Not even once. It was dark now. Outside a cat screaming. Moonlight entering the hotel room. She felt tired. Craved for her bed. Silk sheets covering her.

"Good, I am used to be left alone', she played the victim. In this story. " Is their another story for the same? Got me very curious as to the observations thereafter and before. It is hard to take a break, just keep reading. Is it a good thing or a bad thing. Dont know until i read something longer. Enjoyed it thanks.
