Live Simply. Follow The Rhythm Of Nature.

Have we ever noticed a bird that suffered from an anxiety attack, that had to deal with heavy amounts of stress or that was depressed and going through a burnout state? I bet that we cannot find a single one. Birds follow the rhythm of nature. It is as simply as that. They remain balanced whatever might happen to them throughout the course of the day. They live in the now and enjoy every single moment as it is presented to them. No rush, no hurry, no force, just embracing and accepting life as it flows. They sing for free for all of us and if we listen well, we hear them sing every single day. Again and again. When was the last time that we made time to listen to the beautiful sounds of the birds? We can learn so much from mother nature. Every answer to whatever life challenge can be found somewhere above or under the green colored carpet.

Once the mindset above is well installed in our heart and mind, we can handle anything what life throws at us. Our happiness does not depend anymore on something that is outside of us. We have been blessed to have been empowered from within. Life will even give us more now, because we showed that we can handle the little things in life well. So there is a reward. This can come in any form. We just have to be in the receiving state. Let it enter our life. Easily. Smoothly. Enjoy it. We are all here to enjoy the journey of life. When we live this way, life feels light. We become light and notice that our wings can take us even higher. There is a bird in our soul that wants to be free to fly whereever our dreams might take us. We have been given the potential to reach our dreams, all of them.

By living simply and following the rhythm of nature, our environment comes in touch with wonderful vibes. Everyone around us receives the ripple effect of endless possibilities. Suddenly the whole world has become more beautiful. Why have we not seen that before? It was there always. We just had to find a way, a state of being to tune into the wonder of life. We need to shift. Daily. Communicating with nature is one of the most inspiring things to do. Nature is our humble teacher. The birds know it. They feel it in their feathers. They are never scared. They keep the faith that there will always be enough for everyone. Enough food, enough water, enough fellows to spend the day with. Why complicating life, when everything can be done easily - even the most ambitious projects - with a natural mindset where we tap into the flow of the universe?

A bird does never wonder if the loving arms of the tree can hold him. It just lands on the tree and trusts in the process. Meanwhile it enjoys the beauty of nature and is grateful for flowers in all colors. A bird never asks other birds if it is beautiful or good enough to fly. It just does the flight as good as it can do it. It is all fine. It always ends well. When the time has come to fly, it just use its wings. It is part of the eternal circle of life and surrenders to all change and transformation that was meant to happen. It never fights the script of nature. That is why birds have an excellent bond with nature and nature shows them the way. When a little bird can do that, what about us? Do we sense the little bird in our souls and hearts that longs for wonderful flights? Do we have the courage to break free from rules that do not make us happy? Are we brave enough to live life under our own terms?

Let us look for that beautiful bird in our soul and give it wings to be as it loves to be. Let us become the best version of us.
