See The Be-You-Ty In Yourself And In Others

When the inner critic dies and self-love takes over, we see again with eyes wide open. We suddenly observe how beautiful we are deep within and (not) strangely, this perception expands to the world around us. The world has changed, when we have modified the way we look at things and especially at ourselves. Could it be that the world outside is continuously matching the colors that we choose to focus on? What an insight? Imagine, just imagine, that this really works. Think green (the color of the heart, yes, it is not red) and you notice green colors everywhere. Do *not* think about a pink elephant, and you see pink. As you know, the mind does not react to the word 'not', you are aware of that already.

If you value beauty, why not focusing on this magic key to improve the inner and outer world. There is beauty in everything and everyone and all around of us. Have you noticed how beautiful the sunrise was this morning? Have you noticed the look in the eyes of your partner when he or she opened his or her eyes and stared at you? Have you seen the way children were playing and showed that beautiful smile? It is all accessible for free. An ocean of beauty. Simple beauty of life and love. What beauty waits inside you to be freed to the world? Beauty can be hidden in talents as well. What beautiful talent would you love to share with the world?

The word 'beauty' has a gorgeous sound. It can make you smile, just by hearing someone expressing it slowly. It touches our hearts and catches our attention. Beauty does not push, does not demand much effort, it is pure and free. It gives without taking. It does not ask back. The beauty of unconditional love falls under the same principles. How do you feel when someone allows you to tap into the source of love that does not judge? Never ever. What would you do to reach this art of loving for yourself? The inner critic does not like that at all. He feels threatened by your openness to create the most beautiful version of you. He feels his power shrinking. Minute by minute.

Let every form of judgment go, it does not serve you any longer and replace it with lots of caressing love. Love that has the best frequency of energy and energy never lies. Energy shapes reality. From the inside out. It is time to send out signals that we are aware what really matters in life. Love. Love your life. Love your job. Love your family and friends. Love your beloved ones. Decide consciously to focus on the beauty that everyone and everything in the universe shares in this life with you. Be grateful that you have a chance to notice it. The beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. The truth sets free.

Life is beautiful when you allow all beauty to find you. Use your imagination now and visualize what a beautiful life for you would look like? How does that make you feel? Hold the vision, trust the proces, have faith and keep the good feeling close. Unwrap it every day, taste it once more and suddenly a miracle happens. Life has become the beauty that you always prayed for. Beauty was always present, a gift in the present moment, we only had to open our eyes to (re)discover it. Beauty can take any form. What will you create with your beautiful thoughts today and all the other days of your life?
