The Magic Rose

Once upon a time when time did not matter so much, flowers could do things that today's flowers would not understand. Not many humans remember those times, but the ones that do, still smile and shine when they go back to that precious chapter. In that period flowers could speak and transform themselves. In the blink of an eye. Lady Rose was such a gem. She was a natural beauty. Elegance her middle name. Whenever she felt loved, she blossomed. became the most beautiful version of herself. Truly touching transformation. 

The magic rose was so sweet and unselfish that she decided to support others to become their best versions as well. With the decision made, she put magic in the air. Step by step. She touched the lives of others in mysterious ways. A boy loved a girl and the rose made her way to the garden of the girl. A cute note aside and the girl felt the boy's love. Oh so magnificent. Love. A mother loved her baby. The scent of her skin was touched by the magic rose. The baby's little nose smelled the scent of pure mother's love. Unconditional love. So stretching. So warm.

An old woman looked at her man. The old man had his eyes closed. Went back to memories of long ago. Where he still could walk and dance. With his wife in his arms. Long slow dances in the moonlight. A rose nearby witnessed their deep love. So overwhelming. So protective. The rose smiled and danced with them. Same patterns. They did not know that they were guided from the love of above. But they were. Still are. The old man had his eyes closed … and his wife still was in love with him. Age did not matter. Nor did time. It was good as it was. Before, during and after. Always. Forever.

The rose could speak. In her own beautiful words, she brought the loving memories back to life. In stories that lasted more than a lifetime. Every story had a unique scent to it and when the seeds of the story were spread, everyone in that location felt the vibes and loved the perfume. They became more peaceful, more connected to the life of things. Just as they were and are. The rose continued to work on her assignment and loved it. The other flowers were not envious, they had their own tasks.

The rose was so full of love and so focused on spreading love. He noticed from the very start that she was special. He fell deeply in love with her. A gorgeous male flower. Bigger than most of his fellow species. Smarter than anyone. More loving that love itself. He wanted to let her know that she was the one for him. He asked the other flowers how to proceed. They all took their time and had their own views. Sharing them all would have been one option. Instead they decided to present one magic recipe. Look her in the eyes. Eyes are the window of the soul. Then show her what she means to you.

He listened to the plan. He trusted it. On a special night, he waited for her. Was patient. Saw her coming. A scent so delicous. Oh my God. There she was. Beautiful thing. Colors so different. Wow. She noticed his green leaves. His strong core. He did not say a word. Just looked. Her. In the eyes. She was speechless. Hardly moved. But inside was moved so much. Heart exploding. For love. Love had found her. While she was not looking for it. Giving and receiving. So freely. They danced in the moonlight. Cherishing roots. So pleasant. So true.
