The One-Year Wish Tree

Dark. Night. Winter cold. Shadows and snow. Ice stars covering the sky. Nobody outside. Except for a magician and a wolf. They were standing next to an ancient tree. The magician called the wolf to witness the tree. It was special. In every way. Balanced roots. Clear patterns. All coming together in one point. The heart of the ancient tree. A very special spot. The heart of the ancient tree had access to the universal truth. Wisdom with deepest layers. Humans have no access to it. They might abuse it. Weaknesses can sometimes conquer their ego. Nature decided. Boundaries set.

The wolf listened well to the words of the magician. He understood every word. He never learned to speak. Yet, during this night he got a special invitation to acquire the intelligence to discover the secrets of the ancient tree's heart. The magician spoke silently. He did not want to wake up the other animals in the forest. It was clear to the wolf what this ancient tree could do. The magician underlined the magic of the tree. In the past the tree had been called the 'Wish Tree'. The magician gave the wolf a soul mission. He had to bring seeds of the tree to all corners of the big wide world.

The magician had a map. A compass too. On the map all houses were marked where children lived with the most beautiful dreams. "We start tonight", said the magician to the wolf. We follow the patterns of the tree. We will make the dreams of every child come true. The wolf was honored to be part of such a big project. "One year", said the magician, "it will take us one whole year to make it happen." The wolf moved his tail. A habit when he feels challenged. His wolf skin was shining brightly. Nose in the air. Smelling the adventure.

For one moment the wolf and the magician were allowed to see some dreams happening already. A big movie screen appeared in the sky. The stars were lightening up the environment. They cried. It was touching to observe these wonderful children's eyes. The children laughed. It was good to experience that faith returned into the hearts of all those children. Faith always creates miracles. A lesson learned. The wolf saw himself too on the screen. The children hugged him. They gave him the best food.

The magician tested the wolf to see if he was ready to go on the mission with him. The wolf got the approval. The plan was developed that night under the wish tree. "Never give up, or you give up on the dreams of all children", continued the magician. "You will be challenged along your yourney, but remember, you will get stronger every day", said the magician to the wolf. "These tests serve to make you a king among the wolves. I am convinced you can do it, wolf", was the last thing the wolf could understand. Then his ability to read words was put on hold. To increase his focus on his mission.

The magician covered himself in a long blue jacket. Some seconds later he disappeared. The wish tree showed a date: 21.12.2017. Marked to meet again to close the one-year project. The wish tree was warm. Good energy all around its core. Wishes ready to be fulfilled. In series. Tailor made too. All of them. Always. Forever. All children slept very well that night. They knew something fantastic would happen in their lives. Faith installed in their little human hearts. The wolf walked away from the ancient tree. He fulfilled his destiny. Proud. With the most loving heart.
