The Sorceress Of The Golden Sun

A little innocent girl was playing in the forest. Her long brown hair made the picture perfect. The trees looked at her and smiled at each other. They were reminded of their youth. She sang a wonderful song. The birds listened to the sound and echoed her beautiful voice. Peace in the forest. She walked through the forest and joyfully hugged the trees. As if they were her teddy bears. So cute. The trees almost wanted to dance with her but realized that they were supposed to stand tall. A tree cannot just move when it wants to do it. It has a role to fulfill. The little girl went deeper and deeper into the forest. The temperature was colder now. It was quiet. With big eyes she scanned the environment. It was exciting to be here. Full of adventures, full of discoveries. 

She forgot about the time and spent hours in the forest. Until the dark sky covered the forest. It was night. The forest suddenly turned into a magic kingdom. She could hear what the birds and the trees where whispering. She felt connected to all of them and felt safe and happy. Right place, right time. Then she saw a candle shining. She followed the light. The path was full of branches and spider webs, but it was not creepy. The spiders shouted at her and said: 'Hey brave little girl, what are you doing here at night?' She replied that she had been playing all afternoon in the forest and that she was on her way home. The spiders felt relieved and closed their eyes again. They decided to wait patiently for some flies. Delicious breakfast. Sometimes too much efforts do not pay off, it is also okay to receive the good things in life. Easily.

Behind a big tree the little girl saw a shadow. She tried to find out whose shadow it was. She was curious. Then she discovered the most magnificent woman ever. She had long brown hair just like the little girl and was wearing a magic dress. The little girl said to herself: 'When I am big, I just want to be like her!' The woman had a book in her hand and was reading. 'Hello', said the little girl, 'who are you?'. The woman turned her head to the little girl and her eyes were shining so wonderfully that the little girl could only smile. 'I am the sorceress of the golden sun', the woman replied. 'I am reading the book of magic light', she continued. The little girl asked her if it was okay if she would sit next to her and be introduced to the book. 'Of course, you can, Fidelia', said the woman, 'I knew you would visit me tonight'. The little girl was surprised.

The sorceress introduced Fidelia to the book and they had so much fun together in the forest. Chapter after chapter the secrets of the magic light were explained to Fidelia. She was a smart little girl and absorbed all information quickly. The sorceress was proud of the little girl. She was just like Fidelia when she was introduced to the same secrets. By coincidence or by law of magic, a change occured. Fidelia became as powerful as the sorceress and tapped into the magic essence. 'Go now, Fidelia', the sorceress said. She also added: 'You will wake up in one hour in your own room. When you open your eyes, your journey of magic starts. You are blessed and all persons you cross, will be transformed by your magic light. Make the world a more beautiful place. That is your assignment!' The trees got permission for 111 minutes to dance a happy dance and to bring the little girl safely home within that time span. The sun broke through the clouds.
