Walking Barefoot On Heart-Shaped Beaches

Morning. Eyes wide open. The sand is soft, it feels like silk. She sinks in it, slowly. What a delight to all her senses. Her blue summer dress moves like the wind. Free. Nature is her home. So alive. So excited. The waves are curious to get to know her better and have the courage to come nearer. Step by step. They show her their best side. They tease her and try to make her feet wet. They want to impress her. They all have their eyes on her. She notices the attention and smiles. 'Love you too', she silently whispers. Playfully she runs on the beach. Her long golden hair decorates the scene as if it was painted by Picasso himself. With the hand of the master everything shines. Her eyes express true joy and happiness.

One week she will stay here at the beach. Every year she returns to this treasure. She adores that the place is not crowded. It gives her mind, soul, spirit, body and heart space to rewind. Rewinding is healthy. It keeps her sain. She is able to listen to the voice of her heart. Wonderful circumstances. She has stopped running now and looks for a place to sit down. The sea is immense. Water everywhere. The smell of the sea, sand and beach, the sound of the seagulls, of the waves, it makes it all a marvelous experience. No watch. No alarm clock. Modern luxury. She focuses on her breathing, and starts her early morning meditation. She closes her eyes.

From a distance a man is observing her. Every year he sees her returning to the same place. He always wondered who she was. He felt attracted to her. Instantly. He could not help it. She was Miss Charming herself. Would he ever have the courage to approach her? He was shy and humble. His legs felt heavy that morning. Scared to move towards her direction. Anxious to say something wrong, afraid to disappoint her. Love was a mystery to him. He heard a lot about it. He read many articles to find out the meaning of love. He still was searching for the right definition. Somehow he felt that she had the key to uncover another life's mystery.

The adorable Cupido saw them both and was in a romantic mood. Disguised as a divine seagull he examined the situation. He looked up the magic formula for deep love in the book of universal wisdom. On page 777 he found exactly what he needed. It would take him less than an hour to shift the perspectives of two people. He called upon all natural forces to assist him in this beautiful assignment. The whole audience watched with stunning surprise what happened next. Cupido started with the man. He scanned his emotions and thoughts. All his worries, anxieties, pain and suffering, feeling of worthlessness and excuses were taken away with one invisible intervention. The man felt dizzy in that precise instant where the transformation unfolded.

Cupido was proud of the outcome. He always knew his gifts were extremely powerful. He noticed that the man looked at himself with different eyes. The world around him had changed forever as well. A smile appeared on the man's face. Then Cupido turned to the woman. Her eyes were closed. She was still meditating. Cupido - with years of experience in luxury hotels - decided to build the most romantic setting on the beach. In silence. A round white table, candles, all decorated with excellent taste. Pink roses. Two chairs. Heaven on earth. The man took place in one of the chairs and Cupido gently blew some wind into the direction of the woman. She suddenly felt that something within her called her to go to ... a table. A table!!! She was astonished. Her eyes turned bigger and bigger. A deep dream came true. Both their eyes were radiating like the summer sun. Cupido took off his seagull clothes. He was proud. Up to the next romantic assignment ...
