When She Met Her Inner Child

When She Met Her Inner Child

She woke up and followed her intuition. A call answered. In her mind the word inner child turned around. If it would have been presented on a big screen, it would have been too loud. Instead the soft approach was followed. She acted on her insight. She left her bed. Her beautiful legs still touching the silk sheets. She turned her computer on. An invitation to travel to her past. Meeting her inner child. She did not hesitate and engaged in the journey. The inner child was surprised to see her.

At first there was some resistance. A wall separated them. The inner child was not interested in such a divine meeting. Yet she was brave and waited patiently for the inner child to look her in the eyes. Long hair cute face. If she only could see it herself. She read her heart. The inner child opened the pages of her book. Chapter after chapter. From A to Z. She read the story of the inner child and blessed her. Stories after stories said hello and walked away to be followed by a new series of discoveries.

The child sat down and looked at her. Who was she? Why did she come? Was she so special to be visited? The divine woman laughed. 'Yes, you are', she said. 'You are that special to me.' The inner child changed the expression in her face, from a sort of moody face into a more relaxed state of being. She got intrigued. Played with her hair and looked around in the room. A room of memories. The woman watched all memories with the eyes of the inner child. She took it all in with wisdom and love.

The inner child felt different now. The divine woman saw it. Together they walked to a different part in the building. They sat together now and the inner child gave permission to be taken by the hand. Trust was growing like a flower. Reaching higher and higher. The child saw the golden wings behind the divine woman. The wings were moving. Touched by an invisible breeze. The divine woman saw the playfulness returning in the eyes of the inner child. Love seemed to return in the soul of the inner child.

A new feeling of being loved deeply installed in the heart and soul of the inner child. She loved it so much. She felt soul worthy. The divine woman smiled a golden image. The inner child saw it and recognized it. She felt safe and protected within that image. The divine woman played with her hair. She adored that feeling. It made her feel deeply treasured. The divine woman promised her to be there for her. Until eternity. The moody face was shining like the sun now. The divine golden wings embraced this moment. The present moment.

The inner child was transformed. Just like that. Love is the answer. Always. 'I love you too', whispered the inner child to herself, bonding with the divine woman. A lifetime of roses and more blessings to come. 'Flourish now, sweet divine little rose', the divine woman added, 'Live your life to the fullest'. The smile of her inner child became one with the sun. Rays of abundance, joy and peace. Under the wings of true love. A team to be honored, divine inner child. It is done. And so it is.

Ali 🐝 Anani, Brand Ambassador @beBee Harvey Lloyd You are an observant bee ;~) Liesbeth Ongoing I say: “God is the Master-Weaver” I have learned to be attentive to His Divine weavings Of course with a scientist there is going to be “chemistry” ;~) All relationships are a sowing & reaping One of the most unique … perhaps even rare qualities of “my dear Professor” is that he is open-minded … We share this: value & perspective … being “pearl-finders” One never knows what “pearl of insight” might be found … while being open Some people are closed to a thought that differs from their own … BIAS blocks thought … sometimes it may be arrogance or ignorance that impedes the ability to see things differently This precious insight from our dear “Professor” “We may say things differently for one or all reasons, but still what we see is beauty.” ~ Ali Anani shares a rich and longer "iron-sharpening-iron" relationship ... both being "the best-of-bees" to me ;~)

Fay Vietmeier Thank you and you are sponge-like. You absorb effectively and respond adequately. I published a post about a reader who wrote "unconditioned comments" on LI on one last post on LI. I do care for your thoughts on my post here https://www.bebee.com/producer/@ali-anani/small-today-but-devastating-tomorrow

God's Peace to you on this "Good Friday" Be well with ALL your being ;~)

Ali 🐝 Anani, Brand Ambassador @beBee My dear Professor ... I will take this quote & your good counsel to heart ;~) A spirit of excellence is gift ... but can also greatly slow progression "Be efficient" ... no perfection required ;~) Such delicate balance between "efficient" and "excellent" "Had I waited to write a book that nobody would find a mistake in it, I wouldn't have ever written this book". We need to be efficient, but not perfect. In this ... you are my mentor ;~)

I enjoyed your collection of quotes. They and Liesbeth post reminded me of this quote from the Daily Mail's review of the one man play "The Life I Lead" based on the life of David Tomlinson, best known for his role of Mr Banks in "Mary Poppins" The reviewer said it was like "shaking hands with a childhood memory." The inner child can have so much happiness to give.

Fay Vietmeier Thank you for your great elaboration on my quote. My spiritual Mentor- you wrote towards the end "So many words ... so little time ;~)". You reminded me of a quote I read sometime ago "If I don't have the time I make it". This is the reason I started a series of mini posts "Metaphors and Creativity, which I publish on LinkedIn. I have published so far. So, next week II shall put all of them in a post for beBee and I shall elaborate on the use of various metaphors to see a topic from different angles. I don't have to wait to write a long post as these mini pasts are less than (260) words. I also benefit from the enriching comments that I receive. This way I am making time. Maybe you want to consider a similar approach. Again, in the introduction of a book on chemistry I still recall from long times ago more than 40 years) what the author wrote. "Had I waited to write a book that nobody would find a mistake in it, I wouldn't have ever written this book". We need to be efficient, but not perfect. Cheers

Ali 🐝 Anani, Brand Ambassador @beBee Such an important insight Ali ... "our childhood may see us differently than we see them" The inner "child" sometimes gets buried ... forgotten .. it may be sheer passing of time ... ... perhaps painful memories ... not having had a real childhood (in dysfunctional families roles get reversed) ... ... one may need awakened to the JOY and gift of childhood: the innocence ... openness ... potential to learn & grow ... the good news is it is never too late to reunite with that inner child ... and to awaken those "childlike" qualities As I'm writing these words - I am reminded that in my "bee-famous drafts" is a post "Be Childlike" ... which I began last year when responding to another bee https://www.bebee.com/producer/@charmel-bowden/how-to-raise-empathetic-children So many words ... so little time ;~)

Fay Vietmeier I thank you for tagging me and for planting the seeds of poetry in my heart. - you have your own style of writing Your short sentences are lyrics-like. This is the reason I read your posts from beginning to end. I love the way you met your childhood. Interestingly, even out childhood may see us differently than we see them.

Ali 🐝 Anani, Brand Ambassador @beBee Such a rich post Liesbeth ... so revealing ;~) I’m sharing it and hope that many bees find their way to the wisdom here ;~) … I just mentioned to one of my favorite bees to “let his child come out to play” … this as an encouragement to attempt writing poetry ;~) Lovely writing: "At first there was some resistance. A wall separated them. The inner child was not interested in such a divine meeting. Yet she was brave and waited patiently for the inner child to look her in the eyes... If she only could see it herself. ... She read her heart... "The wings were moving. Touched by an invisible breeze. The divine woman saw the playfulness returning in the eyes of the inner child. Love seemed to return in the soul of the inner child." ... She felt soul worthy ... A lifetime of roses and more blessings to come. 'Flourish now, sweet divine little rose', the divine woman added, 'Live your life to the fullest' Also a beautiful image for the post ;~) As I read … I was reminded of one of my first posts on beBee: Be the one who blossoms ;~) https://www.bebee.com/producer/@fay-vietmeier-pennsylvania/on-the-way-to-becoming-your-best-you-and-how-the-light-gets-in
