Description Overview:

The central Quality team is the link between producer and distributor.

As a team, we support the local operating countries and ensures that only products of the highest quality standards are distributed across Europe.

Scope of the Role:

Perform administrative tasks like:

Followups with suppliers
Assist in data retrieval
Manage shared mailboxes
Manage shared data sheets (for example excel overviews)
Dispatch of complaints
Closure of standard complaints
Change layout of documents based on templates and publish documents
Maintaining training assignment and followup on training statuses
You will ensure adherence to critical procedures and compliance to requirements for record retention.
General administration work and ad hoc duties as they arise.

Experience Required:

We are looking for someone that is fluent in English with an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
A strong attention to detail, very good communication skills, and an analytical mindset are a big asset in this function.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor degree (recent graduates are welcome) or someone that can prove an excellent level of administrative skills.
