Responsibilities:


  • Issue quotes and orders for new and existing customers into ERP system (SAP), manage delivery according to customer demand together Return of Goods with Logistic Department
  • Set up new accounts into ERP system (SAP) + Maintaining of the Customer Database
  • Manage the Customer Relation Management System (based on Lotus Notes)
  • Manage information on customer portals and EDI transaction to meet customer demands
  • Monitor Customer Complaints
  • Maintain the Contract Database
  • Exceed our customer's expectations through continuous improvement utilizing data and developing procedures to meet those expectations
  • Work closely with the

Service Departments:
Logistics, Finance, Accounting,- Controlling in order to integrate seamlessly new
- and ongoing business and communicate customer business practices across all divisional functions
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies
  • Implement and monitor a variety of order processing channels and stock requirements
  • Work closely with the
Sales Staff as their internal contact point for customer requirements
  • Review pricing with sales and reconcile pricing issues as necessary
  • Monthly reporting and forecasting preparation
  • Maintain margin goals and manage pricing for customers
  • Coordinate Marketing Projects in interaction with the Sales

- and Marketing Manager
  • Readiness to travel

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with emphasis on telephone skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to build strong partnerships between internal and external organizations to achieve targeted goals
  • Excellent problem solving kills 3 years Bachelor degree and 3 years of Customer Service experience or 4 years of College degree with 2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Service/Marketing/Sales Account Management experience with an emphasis on Business to Business is a plus
  • Excellent PC related skills including Microsoft Office and Internet Skills
  • SAP system or other large scale complex ERP system and CRM system (Lotus Notes) experience
  • Language skills: English, Dutch, French both written and verbal
  • Marketing Skills
